Safety Protocols at JFK Long Term Parking

At JFK Airport Parking, our top priority is the safety and health of our customers and employees. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Protecting our Customers

  1. Our shuttles are being cleaned frequently with the recommended sanitization methods, specifically, the areas our customers touch on the interior of the shuttle buses including seats, luggage shelves, handrails, door handles, and other hard surfaces.
  2. All employees are using hand sanitizer and/or washing their hands frequently throughout the day. Hand sanitizer stations have been installed in each of our shuttles.
  3. To help protect yourself and others, JFK LTP requires all guests and employees to wear masks or face coverings on our shuttles. If you forget your mask, not to worry. We’ve got you covered! A limited supply of complimentary masks will be available on our shuttles.

Protecting our Employees

  1. As new information is released, JFK LTP will be taking the necessary precautionary measures as well as brief and train our team members on new processes to continue to maintain safe service for all our customers.
  2. Employees who are feeling ill are being told to stay home and encouraged to get tested for COVID-19 by their medical professionals. We also take employee temperatures before they start their work shift.

Service and Reservations

  1. Our shuttle service is still running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  2. We are blocking select seats on all of our shuttles. Members of the same party will be able to sit together during this time.

Optional Luggage Assistance

  • JFK Long Term Parking Inc. has always offered first-class service, including trunk-to-terminal shuttle service with luggage assistance. This service is still available for any guest who requests it. Our shuttle drivers will be sure to use protective barriers when handling your luggage.
